Jag co-founded Quaylogic with a clear vision: to simplify data management delivery and turn data into measurable business value. He has led some of the largest and most complex data programmes in Financial Services, consistently demonstrating the ability to align data with business strategy and deliver sustainable growth.

With 20 years of experience and a blue-chip consulting background, Jag has worked with senior executives up to CxO level, specialising in the full data management journey — from strategy through to hands-on delivery and embedding change into BAU. His track record is defined by measurable outcomes, commercial impact, and lasting transformation for clients.

CAMPBELL PATERSON
Managing Partner

Campbell co-founded Quaylogic to redefine how data consulting is delivered — embedding a client-first, business-value-driven ethos at the heart of every engagement.

With over 25 years’ experience, including a Big Four consulting background, Campbell has led major transformation initiatives across Finance, Risk, Operations, and IT in Financial Services, Government, and Industrial sectors. He brings deep expertise in managing enterprise-wide data programmes, regulatory compliance, and large-scale business change. Known for driving complex initiatives to successful outcomes, Campbell combines strategic oversight with a hands-on ability to deliver growth, resilience, and lasting impact for clients.

IOANNIS ACHLADIOTIS
Partner, Strategy & Transformation

Ioannis leads Quaylogic’s Strategy & Transformation practice, with a strong focus on data strategy, data management, and large-scale transformation. He helps clients align data strategy with business value, creating trusted, scalable foundations for growth.

A seasoned data professional with over 20 years’ experience, Ioannis has designed and delivered large-scale Data & Analytics programmes that drive transformation and lasting adoption across organizations. His career spans senior leadership roles at HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as consulting experience with Accenture.

GEOFF SMITH
Partner, Ethics, Trust & Innovation

Geoff heads Quaylogic’s Ethics, Trust & Innovation practice, where he combines expertise in data literacy, privacy, security, and AI ethics. His mission is to help organizations unlock advanced analytics and AI in responsible, trusted, and sustainable ways.

With over 30 years of experience, Geoff has been at the forefront of data privacy and cultural transformation in technology. He is a Visiting Professor at Loughborough University, focusing on digital ethics and empowerment, and an advisor to the UK Government on ethical technology and digital sustainability.

PATRICK SULLIVAN
Chief Operating Officer

Patrick is Quaylogic’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the operational engine that supports the firm’s growth. He oversees finance, contracting, HR, operational risk, and technology support, ensuring that Quaylogic runs with efficiency, resilience, and agility.

With extensive experience at HSBC, Barclays, and NatWest/RBS in roles spanning operations management, programme leadership, and risk management, Patrick brings both breadth and depth to the role. His focus is on creating a seamless environment where Quaylogic’s data practitioners can deliver value to clients without friction.

NIGEL MATTHEWS
CDO Advisory

Nigel is an experienced Chief Data Officer with an impressive track record helping organisations deliver tangible outcomes from digital transformation, regulatory compliance and data commercialisation.

In his advisory capacity, he supports client wanting to recognise data as a valuable asset, drive business value through effective management, analysis, and utilisation of data. Which includes developing data strategies, establishing data governance policies, leading analytics initiatives, and fostering a data-driven culture.
Most recently, Nigel was the Interim Chief Data Officer (CDO) at the UK Government Cabinet Office, Central Digital & Data Office (CDDO) with accountability for Mission 3 of the National Data Strategy.

Nigel has more than 30 years experience and has held senior data management roles at Nomura, Barclays, HSBC and ING. More recently, Nigel has held the Interim Chief Data Officer (CDO) position under the UK Government Cabinet Office’s Central Digital & Data Office (CDDO), with accountability for Mission 3 of the National Data Strategy.
