Jag co-founded Quaylogic with the vision to simplify data management delivery and support clients through realising tangible business value and growth.

He has successfully worked on and delivered some of the largest and most challenging data programmes in the Financial Services industry, continually demonstrating his commercial awareness and ability to enable business strategy.
Jag has a blue chip consulting background with 20 years experience working with senior executives to CxO level.
He specialises in the delivery of the end-to-end data management journey, with a
hands on track record of delivering sustainable adoption into BAU with measurable business benefit.

CAMPBELL PATERSON

Partner & Managing Director

Campbell co-founded Quaylogic and is driven by his passion to transform the way data management and consulting is delivered, ensuring a client-first and business-value led ethos.

He has significant experience in cross function change initiatives spanning Finance, Risk, Operations and IT across Financial Services, Government and Industrial sectors.
Campbell has a ‘big four’ consulting background with 25+ years experience across a range of data transformation, business growth and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Campbell’s strengths include the programme management of large & complex initiatives and enterprise-wide data transformation.

NIGEL MATTHEWS

Partner & Managing Director

Nigel is an experienced Chief Data Officer with an impressive track record in
programme and product management.

His strategic leadership has enabled organisations to deliver tangible outcomes from digital transformation, regulatory compliance and data commercialisation.
Most recently, Nigel was the Interim Chief Data Officer (CDO) at the UK Government Cabinet Office, Central Digital & Data Office (CDDO) with accountability for Mission 3 of the National Data Strategy.
Nigel has more than 30 years experience and has held senior data management
roles at Nomura, Barclays, HSBC and ING.
